The work of InSyL focuses on the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in organisations and in society at large. Although there are technical aspects to our work, this is almost never our primary focus. We are mostly concerned with questions such as how organisations or individuals may take effective advantage of ICT innovations, why they might want to do so, what the implications of ICT innovations and their adoption might be, and so on.
