Welcome to the newest research group in the Advanced Computing Research Centre
The work of InSyL (the Information Systems Laboratory) focuses on the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in organisations and in society at large. Although there are technical aspects to our work, this is almost never our primary focus. We are mostly concerned with questions such as how organisations or individuals may take effective advantage of ICT innovations, why they might want to do so, what are the implications of ICT innovations, the implications of their adoption and also addresses related questions.
